# Shipping Policy — Werner Singer e.U. (Forever Industries)

## 1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Vienna, Austria.

## 2. Processing Time

Most items are handcrafted and made to order. Standard processing time is 3–10 business days before shipment, unless otherwise noted on the product page. For larger or custom pieces, processing time may extend to 2–4 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

## 3. Shipping Destinations and Rates

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen service. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Austria: 2–4 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

## 4. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We declare the full value of all shipments as required by law.

## 5. Packaging

Stone objects are fragile. All pieces are individually packed with protective materials suited to the size and weight of the object. We use recyclable packaging wherever possible.

## 6. Damage in Transit

We take great care in packaging, but damage during shipping can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at studio@forever-industries.at within 7 days of delivery, including:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain the original packaging until the case is resolved.

## 7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows no progress for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

## 8. Incorrect Address

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
